Welcome to KIDS KNEWS  – the first of many timely bulletins with news you can use, Planet Points to think about and updates on the latest reusable products.

Thanks to you, our start-up is gaining momentum!  Kids Konserve is moving for a cleaner, waste-free planet and you and your kids are making it happen!

It’s the season to say how much we appreciate your support and to introduce our new CATERPILLAR and BUTTERFLY line:

New Products!

Wild Waste-Free Lunch Kit

Go wild with our new animal print waste-free lunch kits, cloth napkins and beverage bottles. More choices for your little ones to pack their lunch in reusable style. The Kids Konserve footprint shape logo shows that you are making a conscious effort to lighten your foot print and impact on our earth by choosing to reuse. The new butterfly and caterpillar waste-free lunch kits, bottles and cloth napkins are now available on our website. The newly designed napkins are great for kids’ lunches and family dinners too. Each has a name tag so they don’t get mixed up in the cafeteria craziness.

Stainless Steel BottlesAnnouncing the “Squiggle” bottle.  Another beverage bottle choice for the whole family in our signature GREEN color with our footprint squiggle, sure to be a big hit with all ages of kids big and little.

ThermosAlso new, just in time for the cool weather … kids can now reuse while eating their favorite hot lunch from home!  Pack your soup, mac-n-cheese, pasta or whatever your non sandwich eating child likes and know it will be toasty warm when they eat it.

Kid Knews Planet Points

  • If just 10% of cell phone users unplugged their charger while they were not in use, it would save enough energy to power 60,000 homes for a whole year.

  • If we replaced just one out of every five paper greeting cards we buy with a paperless alternative, we could save 130 million pounds of wood, 183 million gallons of water, and 39 million pounds of greenhouse gas emissions.

  • Reduce! Reuse! Recycle! Producing new paper, glass, and metal products from recycled materials saves 70 to 90 percent of the energy and pollution, (including CO2), that would result if the product came from virgin materials. Recycling a stack of newspapers only four feet high will save a good-sized tree. Please… Reduce, Recycle and above all REUSE!!
